I need to use Adobe's Bluefire Reader to access a text for school and I'm using my iPad to do so.
Previously I've had no problems renewing the material but this time I hit 'return early'. Now every time I try to re-download it I get the message 'This loaned item had already been returned. It can no longer be accessed.'
I tried deleting the program and making a new ID but it seems the item is tied to the original account ID.
